From 21 April 2026 to 23 May 2026, the Tishk International University Language Preparatory School (LPS) organized a workshop titled “How to Conduct Reading Lessons in the Own It Course Book” as part of teacher training activities in higher education.

The workshop aimed at enhancing teachers’ instructional competence in conducting effective reading lessons, with particular emphasis on developing reading comprehension skills and supporting student learning through well-structured classroom practices.

The session was conducted by Kenan Kapukaya, who introduced practical classroom-based approaches to help educators align reading activities with course curricula and learning objectives.

Participants were provided with effective teaching strategies and techniques designed to improve student engagement and comprehension during reading lessons.

The workshop was attended by teachers and academic staff from the Language Preparatory School at Tishk International University.
