As CeC and LPS, we organized a breakfast event as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting lecturers’ motivation and strengthening institutional teaching quality in higher education. Recognizing that lecturers’ well-being, professional satisfaction, and sense of belonging are essential to effective teaching, the initiative aimed to create a supportive and reflective space for academic staff. By fostering motivation and professional engagement, the event contributed to the enhancement of pedagogical practices, the cultivation of positive and inclusive classroom climates, and the promotion of student engagement and academic success.
In addition, the informal and collaborative nature of the breakfast encouraged meaningful interaction and dialogue across disciplines, allowing lecturers to share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from diverse teaching perspectives.
